The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies among designers is not yet widespread, in Portugal. However, it is undeniable that BIM models are a reality to consider with extremely relevant contributions, not only for the design phase but also for the subsequent phases, contributing to an evolution in the construction industry.
